The aim of this pixel website is to provide exposure to new and unsigned artists.  The finished product will, hopefully, be a million pixel collage page full of picture links to thousands of artists, all over the globe.  With the help of media interest, the featured artists will also gain decent exposure to music industry insiders.  The following is how the process works:

• You can only submit your picture link if you are an unsigned or new artist (singer, song writer, band, or DJ).

• Your picture may link to your website or another website on which you (or your band) have an account.  Tip:  If you haven't already got one, get a myspace.com music website.  Having a myspace website is an extremely effective step in promoting your music; as you will have the chance to be linked to other artists and obtain a google ranking.  Click here for the myspace music website.

• Each pixel is free.  The number of pixels you can get is 100 pixels.  100 Pixels forms one block.

• Once your picture is received, and picture link approved, your picture link will be uploaded onto the collage.  This may take up to 48 hours.

• You will also have the chance to write a caption for your picture link.  The caption appears when the mouse pointer hovers over the link.  You may include information about you music genre, contact details  I am not going to tell you to be creative, because I know you're an artist (perfect opportunity to plug in a new single or gig!).

• Please do not upload animated pictures.  It will make the website messy and unattractive.  Please do not upload any obscene graphics.

• All graphics must be uploaded in a .gif or .jpg format.  For efficiency, graphics must be of reasonable disk size.

• To get the best exposure, your image size must be the same as that of the block(s) you have ordered.  E.g. if you have ordered 1 block, your image size must be 10 x 10 pixels (i.e. 100 pixels).
