The following are the service terms of use:

• All advertisements on The Unsigned Collage webpage must be music industry based.  The website is targeted for bands, music groups, and solo artists.

• Any advertisements ordered which are deemed inappropriate material or outside the scope of The Unsigned Collage will not be approved.

• As an approved advertiser, you are granted the right to submit an image and a link which will then be published, subject to approval. However, this does not mean that you own any part of this site or acquire any other rights.

• The image you supply must be in either GIF, PNG or JPG. The width of the picture must be 10 pixels, i.e. the required dimensions are 10x10 pixels.  Animated images will not be approved.

• The URL you supply must be a valid link to your advertised website. Affiliate links are also acceptable.  You may also link to your myspace.com webpage.

• Images & URLs are permitted to be changed once submitted. However, changes are subject to further approval.

• Once your image and link are accepted and published on the site, the deal is considered completed, and is non refundable (not valid for now, as the service is free).

• Obscene/offensive/adult images or links will not be accepted on The Unsigned Collage. Should you change the content of your linked site to show offensive/obscene/adult material after the image/link has been accepted on The Unsigned Collage, your ad will be removed from the site until you are able to provide a new one.

• The owner of The Unsigned Collage has the right to offer advertisers advertising space at discount or at no cost at all; as they see appropriate.

• The Unsigned Collage website will be online for at least one year.  The hosting package has already been purchased.  Only the site's success will determine its online presence after the first year.

• The Unsigned Collage does not authorise or endorse the reliability, accuracy or completeness of any information that is provided on The Unsigned Collage website or any site linked to it, nor does it authorise or endorse any sale, seller or buyer.

• The Unsigned Collage will not be liable for any lost profit or any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage (including but not limited to economic damages) incurred, arising out of or otherwise in connection with use of The Unsigned Collage website or services.

• The Unsigned Collage does not and cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to its services and to the web site. Whilst every endeavour is made to ensure the continual availability of and access to The Unsigned Collage, the operation of this site and its services are subject to outside influences. The Unsigned Collage acknowledges that interruptions to its service are possible, including the influence of external factors that are beyond the control of The Unsigned Collage.
